Located just north of 1604 and Blanco Road our community is at the intersection of Blanco Rd. and Wilderness Oak. Stone Valley is an established small gated community with approximately 170 homes.

This is a friendly community with exemplary schools and close access to San Antonio’s best Shopping and newest Medical Center.

Children from Stone Valley attend schools in the acclaimed North East Independent School District, one of the premier school districts in the state. Stone Valley is a small community. Neighbors know neighbors and all watch out for children as they play. The Stone Valley age demographic spans young couples with infants to retirees.

Stone Valley is one of the “most walkable and family friendly” communities in the Stone Oak area. At any time of the day you will see mothers with strollers, joggers and walkers making their rounds throughout the neighborhood and outside our gates as we are directly across the street from the beautiful Parman Library with its walking trails.

Our recreation area includes an Olympic size swimming pool and cabana area along with a separate baby pool. We offer a sports court for basketball and play area for the younger children. The recreation area includes a full sized grassed and maintained lot next to the pool. The lot is home to pick up football, baseball and soccer games . Numerous Board sponsored events for the kids take place at the recreation area throughout the year.

Stone Valley has an active Board of Directors and unlike many larger communities, the Board invites resident attendance and input at each of their bi-monthly meetings instead of just one annual Homeowner meeting. Resident input is important to the Board.
